口语的考试通常以面试的形式出现，大家相对较陌生，容易心里没底而造成紧张，所以在考试之前更应该做好充分的准备。

首先，需要提醒大家的是，由于复试的英语口试每个学校都不尽相同，不像初试一样，有一套全国统一的试题，因此在考试之前，大家是找报考院校和专业的师兄师姐咨询一下考试的形式和内容。如：

（1）确定面试的考官是本专业的教授还是公外的英语老师，这样做的目的是确定面试对象。如果是本专业的教授，则可以用一些专业的英语进行表达；如果是公外的英语老师，则可能对专业的知识不太熟悉，因此需要用比较通俗的英语向其解释本专业的东西。另外，小编提示如果是公外的英语老师，则较可能提问一些非专业的问题，如自我介绍，介绍一下家乡等。

（2）考试的内容和形式。如，是一问一答的形式还是提前给一篇文章，让你就其中的某些内容进行作答。

（3）导师研究的方向和喜好。
